Working Student Business & System Excellence Own Brands (m/f/d)

Maintenance and further development of the existing Power Apps data entry system, including implementation of small feature requests, bug fixing, and UX optimization based on feedback from Key Account departments
Development and maintenance of Power Query / Power BI data pipelines for the standardization of inputs from multiple country teams and source systems
Identification and automation of repetitive manual tasks within daily team operations (e.g., Excel reconciliations, copy-paste reporting, status checks) through Power Automate flows, scripts, or Power Apps functionalities
Creation of monitoring dashboards for data quality, pipeline freshness, order and stock anomalies, and tool usage to enable proactive issue detection
Support for ad hoc data requests, system access inquiries, and reporting tasks

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Information Systems, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Solid foundational knowledge in data handling, ideally including experience with Power Query; initial hands-on experience with Power Apps and/or Power Automate considered an advantage
Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL; knowledge of Python or DAX considered a plus
Proactive and self-organized working style combined with the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical business users to identify requirements
Working proficiency in English; German language skills considered an advantage
