Managing Director for Austria

Who are we looking for

• You are a performance-oriented person. You don’t lack a business mindset, ambition, and the desire to succeed.

• You are an experienced marketer with a wide network of contacts in the marketing community.

• You have at least 5 years of business development and team leadership experience.

• E-commerce background and knowledge especially in performance marketing (SEA, SEO, Programmatic, Social Media Ads, Data & Analytics).

• You are fluent in German and English. Knowledge of Czech is not necessary.

• You are communicative with a pleasant demeanor and have presentation skills. You will negotiate on behalf of Proficio with clients and present services and offers to them.

• You are organized, work independently, and can be relied on. We mainly use online tools for communication and client projects and need to know that the information provided is up to date.

What are the main tasks you will be given

• Establishment and leadership of the Vienna office.

• Growth and development of the team in Austria up to 15 employees within three years.

• Getting the first customers in Austria and developing the new business of the Proficio group.

• Designing and implementing combined sales and marketing strategies.

• Positioning of Proficio in Austria.

• Connection with headquarters in Brno and cooperation with management and realization team in the Czech Republic.
