CRO / Experimentation Developers - 100% remote, ASAP, 6+ months

Dear CRO Developers,

We're currently looking for several CRO / Experimentation Developers for one of the leading tech companies in Europe. The role is 100% remote and long-term.

• Freelancing/Contracting
• Start: ASAP
• 100% remote
• Duration: long-term 6+ months
• Capacity: full-time, part-time also possible
• Language: English
• Central European Time

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with conversion testing, such as A/B testing or multivariate testing.
• Familiarity with experimentation or personalization platforms, ideally Dynamic Yield, Optimizely, Adobe Target, or similar tools.
• Basic technical understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for supporting experiment setup or implementation.
• Experience working with websites or frontend environments; knowledge of React, Angular, or Vue is a plus.
• Ability to support the setup, validation, and QA of test variations in digital environments.
