CRO / Conversion Testing Experts – Dynamic Yield – 100% remote, ASAP, 12+ months

Dear CRO Experts,

We are currently looking for additional Conversion Testing Experts with Dynamic Yield experience for one of the leading tech companies in Europe. The position is 100% remote and long-term.

• Capacity: full-time, part-time also possible
• Language: English
• Central European Time

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with conversion testing, such as A/B testing or multivariate testing.
• Familiarity with experimentation or personalization platforms, ideally Dynamic Yield, Optimizely, Adobe Target, or similar tools.
• Basic technical understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for supporting experiment setup or implementation.
• Experience working with websites or frontend environments; knowledge of React, Angular, or Vue is a plus.
• Ability to support the setup, validation, and QA of test variations in digital environments.
