Working Student - Brand & Communications France (m|w|d)

About your new role

  • Support the planning, coordination and execution of marketing projects across influencer marketing, partnerships, offline activations and creative campaigns.
  • Prepare project briefs, maintain timelines and trackers, coordinate follow-ups and help ensure smooth communication between stakeholders.
  • Assist with creator and partner research, campaign preparation, competitor monitoring and market trend analysis.
  • Support the organization of events, offline activations and internal marketing initiatives by preparing agendas, documenting decisions and maintaining project documentation.
  • Help structure operational workflows, manage multiple parallel tasks and contribute to improving team coordination processes.

Skills & Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in marketing, communications, business, media or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
  • Interest in influencer marketing, partnerships, offline marketing and creative campaign execution.
  • You take ownership and independently drive topics forward.
  • You bring intrinsic motivation and a proactive mindset.
