Support the planning, coordination and execution of marketing projects across influencer marketing, partnerships, offline activations and creative campaigns.
Prepare project briefs, maintain timelines and trackers, coordinate follow-ups and help ensure smooth communication between stakeholders.
Assist with creator and partner research, campaign preparation, competitor monitoring and market trend analysis.
Support the organization of events, offline activations and internal marketing initiatives by preparing agendas, documenting decisions and maintaining project documentation.
Help structure operational workflows, manage multiple parallel tasks and contribute to improving team coordination processes.
Skills & Requirements
You are currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in marketing, communications, business, media or a related field.
Fluency in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
Interest in influencer marketing, partnerships, offline marketing and creative campaign execution.
