What you need to succeed:
A portfolio featuring UI animations for mobile games or apps
Strong hands-on experience with Unity and Spine
A well-developed sense of motion and solid grounding in classical animation principles — with the ability to apply them in practice
Experience creating looping animations and UI state transitions
Understanding of iOS/Android constraints and asset optimization
Ability to work within a UI kit and maintain visual system consistency
Skill in adapting motion design to match a project's graphic style
Nice to have:
Experience editing and developing shaders
Understanding of narrative animation: character reactions and emotional states
