UA Manager / User Acquisition Specialist / Performance Marketing Manager

What You'll Do

You'll own UA end to end. That means managing campaigns across networks like AppLovin, Google, and Meta; setting targets, optimizing bids, and scaling what works. You'll drive the creative pipeline: briefing concepts, reviewing iterations, and making sure we always have fresh, high-performing ads in rotation. And you'll build and maintain the reporting stack - cohort-level ROAS, LTV models, channel attribution - so we actually understand what's driving growth.

You'll work directly with the CEO and the rest of a small, cross-functional team. No layers. No waiting for approvals. You see a problem, you fix it.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience running profitable ROAS UA campaigns, ideally in mobile gaming
  • Hands-on experience with major ad networks (AppLovin, Google Ads, Meta)
  • Strong creative instinct - you know what makes someone stop scrolling, and you can brief it clearly
  • Analytical chops: comfortable in spreadsheets, dashboards, and ideally SQL or BigQuery
  • Understanding of mobile attribution (AppsFlyer, Singular, or similar MMPs) and how postback data flows into optimization
  • Can think in cohorts, LTV curves, and payback windows - not just CPIs

Nice to have: experience managing external creative partners and familiarity with casual mobile game audiences.
