Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Technical Project Manager (TPM) to oversee our complex technology and engineering projects. You will act as the bridge between technical teams, stakeholders, and upper management. Your primary mandate is to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality by leveraging strict project governance, tracking, and reporting frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Organization & Planning: Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation in collaboration with technical leads.
• Tracking & Reporting: Monitor daily and weekly progress, maintain project dashboards, and generate clear status reports for varying levels of stakeholders.
• Escalation Management: Proactively identify project blockers, risks, and scope deviations; execute timely escalations with actionable resolution plans.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align development, engineering, and business teams to ensure seamless execution of project deliverables.

Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years of proven experience in technical project management, software development life cycle (SDLC) management, or engineering project oversight.
• Core PM Skills: Exceptional organizational capabilities, risk mitigation, and mastery of reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with project tracking tools like Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.

Preferred Skills (Advantageous)

• Agile/Waterfall Expertise: Certification or equivalent knowledge in PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner).
• Resource/Risk Planning: Knowledge of developing and executing RWMP (Resource Management Plans) or experience with risk and waste minimization principles.
• ACP and RWMP knowledge is a an advantage
• Language Proficiency: Business-level fluency or proficiency in the French language to support international clients or stakeholders.
