Own the full DSP marketing scope for existing and new clients, making sure every campaign is strategically aligned with their business objectives
Plan, steer, monitor, and continuously optimize DSP campaigns alongside your team
Stay hands-on: you’ll manage your own campaigns, test new features, and bring those insights back to the team
Build strong client relationships: understanding their needs, shaping advertising strategies together, and presenting results with clarity and confidence
Translate campaign knowledge (awareness, consideration, purchase, loyalty) into concrete recommendations that are always grounded in media budget realities and client objectives
Act as a sparring partner for your team, raising the bar on campaign quality through better processes, smarter tools, and sharper reporting
Drive the evolution of our dashboards by turning it into a go-to resource for efficient analysis and client reporting
Keep a close eye on industry trends and emerging technologies, and translate those insights into real improvements for our clients and service offering
Champion innovation within our DSP practice by bringing fresh ideas and a forward-thinking mindset to everything you do
Requirements
You have at least 3 – 5 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally with first leadership experience under your belt
Strong expertise in programmatic advertising, hands-on experience with Amazon DSP and/or The Trade Desk is a big plus
A sharp analytical mind paired with a technical understanding of the programmatic landscape: you love digging into data and finding solutions
Comfortable working with complex data sets and turning insights into clear, actionable recommendations
Excellent communication skills: you can make complex topics feel simple, whether you’re presenting to a client or aligning with your team
Proven ability to build and sustain strong client relationships, even in fast-moving or complex environments

Comfortable taking initiative and making decisions independently, even when things are ambiguous
