Support Engineer for Meeting Rooms (m/f/d) - 1418

Tasks

  • Operation, administration, and configuration of Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows and/or Android
  • Maintenance of Teams Room panels and Microsoft Surface Hub systems
  • Implementation of firmware, software, and security updates for cameras, displays, audio equipment, and peripherals
  • Support for rollouts and migrations of end-user hardware (laptops, monitors, docking stations, MTR systems)
  • Participation in workshops, technical coordination meetings, and design sessions for the further development of the service
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders as well as external manufacturers and suppliers
  • Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
  • Handling of incidents, problems, and changes according to ITIL standards
  • Monitoring, error analysis, and continuous optimization of the meeting room platform

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in end-user engineering, workplace support, or client engineering
  • Hands-on experience with hardware rollouts and migrations in an enterprise environment
  • Strong knowledge of the modern workplace environment: M365, Teams, Endpoint Manager/Intune, Entra ID, Autopilot
  • Experience with Teams Admin Center and Teams Rooms Pro Management
  • Knowledge of common manufacturers such as Poly, Logitech, Yealink, Neat, Crestron, Lenovo, Jabra
  • Good understanding of AV technology (cameras, microphones, speakers, displays, cabling)
  • Experience with PowerShell for automation and reporting
  • Basic knowledge of network environments (VLAN, QoS, firewall, proxy)
  • Independent, service-oriented, and structured work style
  • Very good English skills
  • Certifications such as MS-700, MD-102, MS-102, or ITIL v4 Foundation are a plus
  • Ideally experience in international multi-site companies
