Now we are hiring the person who will help build and scale our Media Buying capability together with our Head of Supply.
This role starts deeply hands-on.
Shortly, you will evolve into Media Buying Lead and build the team around you.
Main Responsibilities
Build and run high-performance media buying across differentiated traffic ecosystems that:
- Scale profitable app growth
- Turn new SSP/DSP partnerships into scalable performance
- Protect incrementality and margin
- Create repeatable buying systems
- Build the foundation of a future elite Media Buying team
You will work at the center of:
- Supply strategy
- Campaign execution
- Scaling logic
- Performance optimization
This is a hands-on builder role.
What You’ll Actually Do
Expand the Supply Universe
Own Media Buying & Campaign Management
You will work directly inside platforms and manage campaigns across:
- AppLovin/ ironSource / Unity/ Liftoff/ Moloco/ InMobi/ Mintegral/ Chartboost/ AdColony/ Fyber/ Additional DSP ecosystems
You understand:
- Campaign setup & optimization
- Bidding strategies
- Scaling logic
- Budget allocation
- Creative testing
- Post-install optimization
- Traffic quality analysis
- Margin protection
You know how to scale campaigns without destroying efficiency.
You know when scale is real — and when it is fake.
Turn New Supply Into Scalable Performance
Our Head of Supply will bring new SSPs, DSPs and differentiated traffic opportunities into the company.
Your job is to make them work.
You will:
- Launch and optimize campaigns across new traffic sources
- Structure testing frameworks
- Validate traffic quality
- Identify scalable opportunities
- Build repeatable optimization logic
- Turn testing into scalable growth
You are the bridge between:
- Supply strategy
- Media buying execution
- Client performance
Build the Media Buying Team
You will start hands-on.
You will build and scale a small elite Media Buying team.
You will:
- Establish buying processes and standards
- Create structured workflows
- Help hire and onboard future buyers
- Transfer knowledge and best practices
- Build repeatable scaling systems
We are not looking for a corporate manager.
We are looking for a strong operator who can evolve into leadership.
Own MMP & Post-Install Logic
You have strong hands-on experience with:
- Adjust (preferred)
- AppsFlyer / Singular or similar
You understand:
- Postbacks & event mapping
- SKAN complexity
- Event-based optimization
- Cohort & LTV analysis
- Attribution logic
- Fraud signals
- Incrementality testing
If your optimization ends at CPI — this role is not for you.
Understand the Ecosystem
You know how campaigns operate across:
- Meta
- Google App Campaigns
- TikTok
- Apple Search Ads
You understand the role of:
- DSPs
- SSPs
- App networks
- Walled gardens
- OEM supply
- Premium inventory
You think cross-channel.

Who You Are
- 5–7+ years in mobile performance marketing
- Strong hands-on media buying experience
- Deep campaign management expertise
- Experience across DSPs and app networks
- Strong analytical mindset
- Structured under pressure
- Commercially aware
