Senior ( UX ) Creative Designer

As Senior Creative Designer (Demand Creation), you own one of LYNX’s most important growth levers: high-impact, performance-driven creative.

You are responsible for designing and producing marketing assets for campaigns that drive acquisition and engagement across digital channels. Unlike traditional product design roles, you operate closer to advertising, storytelling, and content creation, with a strong focus on speed, experimentation, and execution.

Your mission is to create compelling, high-performing creatives that stand out in competitive markets, combining strong conceptual thinking with hands-on production using modern tools, including AI-powered workflows.

What You’ll Do

  • Creative Asset Production: Design and create high-performing advertising assets across channels (social, display, video, and landing pages).
  • Campaign Concepting & Execution: Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns from idea to production, ensuring strong visual storytelling and brand consistency.
  • Landing Page Development: Design and build landing pages and campaign experiences using tools such as Webflow, Framer, or similar platforms.
  • AI-Driven Production: Independently produce creative assets using AI-powered workflows (image generation, video tools, rapid prototyping, copy augmentation).
  • Performance Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and performance teams to iterate creatives based on data, testing, and campaign results.
  • Motion & Video Content: Develop motion, animation, and video-based assets where relevant, in collaboration with colleagues.
  • Trend & Platform Awareness: Stay up to date with advertising trends, formats, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Compliance Alignment: Ensure all creative output complies with regulatory requirements while maintaining high creative quality.
  • Creative System Scaling: Contribute to building scalable creative production systems and workflows.
  • Landing Page Development: Design and build landing pages and campaign experiences (ideally) using tools such as Webflow, Framer, or similar platforms.

Who You Are

  • You have 5+ years of experience in creative design, advertising, or digital marketing
  • You have a strong portfolio focused on campaigns, ads, and creative work (not primarily product UX/UI)
  • You have experience creating advertising assets across multiple formats (static, motion, video, landing pages)
  • You are able to conceptualize and execute creative ideas independently
  • You have hands-on experience with modern web design tools (e.g. Webflow, Framer, or similar)
  • You actively use AI tools in your creative process
  • You understand performance-driven design (conversion, testing, iteration)
  • You are fluent in English and your local language (CZ, DE, NL, or FR depending on location)
  • You are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
