What You Will Do
Join us as a Senior Designer and play a key role in shaping and evolving think-cell's visual identity across all touchpoints. You'll work on a wide variety of creative projects, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver impactful, high-quality design solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain and expand a visual language library for all brand assets, ensuring high consistency across campaigns.
- Work successfully with stakeholders from marketing, product management and other teams across the organization on various graphic design projects including landing pages, product interface designs, ads, presentations, and more.
- Drive the entire design process from concept to delivery on different types of projects including, but not limited to: marketing campaigns, product feature releases, website pages and conversion funnels, email templates, events, and sales collateral.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide design insights, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop self-service solutions for different teams in the organization that would guarantee quality, consistency and speed of visual outputs.
- Act as a design advisor and consultant to the team on all creative projects. Educated others on design thinking, brand experience, and design-driven storytelling.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to designers in the team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to elevate brand storytelling and visual identity.
You will be great for this position if you have
- 5+ years of design experience at a B2B company, agency, design company, or related industry.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining consistent brand visual identity across all channels (website, graphics, social, ads, etc).
- A proactive, problem-solving approach with strong project management and communication skills.
- Ability to provide visual direction, guide design projects, and conceptualize innovative design solutions.
- Solid knowledge of branding principles and the ability to create designs that align with and push forward the brand's identity.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.
