Senior Creative Lead (Digital Content)

What You Will Do

  • Lead and develop a high-performing digital creative team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and commercial impact.
  • Own the end-to-end creative strategy for paid social and digital content, ensuring all output is optimised for performance and aligned with business goals.
  • Partner closely with Social Advertising teams to develop and iterate high-volume, performance-driven creative tailored to platform algorithms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Oversee the development of both large-scale campaign concepts (including celebrity and influencer-led work) and scalable ad creative systems.
  • Translate performance data, audience insights, and testing learnings into actionable creative direction.
  • Drive the production of high-quality, platform-native content at scale, balancing speed, efficiency, and creative excellence.
  • Champion innovation in formats, messaging, and creative processes, including the use of AI and automation tools – partnering with agencies, photographers and developing content via our in-house studio.
  • Mentor and develop team members as a player-coach, raising the bar for both creative quality and performance thinking.
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, creative best practices, and evolving consumer behaviours to inform strategy.

What You Should Bring

  • Proven experience in a senior creative leadership role, with a strong track record in performance-driven digital content, production (scripting, shooting, editing) and liaising with agency partners.
  • Deep understanding of social platform mechanics and how creative drives performance within algorithmic environments.
  • Demonstrated experience developing both brand-led campaigns and high-volume, iterative ad creative.
  • Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to connect creative decisions to business outcomes and ROI.
  • A hands-on operator with the ability to work closely with teams to deliver output—not just set direction and help train them to raise their technical capacity as a whole.
  • Confidence using data and insights to inform creative strategy and workflow optimisation.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance creative production and scalability.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment with multiple priorities.
