Senior Brand & UX Designer (F/M/D)

The Opportunity

We're looking for a versatile designer with strong digital and UI sensibilities to help shape how our company looks, feels, and communicates across web, brand, and internal experiences.

This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys moving between interface design, brand systems, marketing assets, and creative problem-solving. You'll work closely with the leadership team to define and execute the company's visual direction across a wide range of touchpoints — from website experiences and internal tools to presentations, social content, and brand systems.

You'll have significant creative ownership, direct influence on how the company presents itself, and the opportunity to shape design processes from the ground up.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with developers and leadership to create intuitive interfaces and maintain a high-quality user experience across web and internal systems
  • Evolve and extend our brand identity, building a cohesive visual language across all channels
  • Create and maintain reusable design assets, UI patterns, templates, and scalable design systems used throughout the company
  • Design and refine polished digital experiences across our website, internal tools, and communication touchpoints
  • Support company communications through high-quality visual work including presentations, website updates, social content, and occasional motion/video editing
  • Own projects end-to-end, from concept through delivery, balancing speed, quality, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment
  • Help shape not only visual output, but also how design is embedded into the company's broader workflows and decision-making

Requirements

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality work across digital design, branding, UI/UX, and visual communication
  • Strong understanding of modern web and interface design principles, including layout, hierarchy, responsiveness, usability, and interaction patterns
  • Comfortable designing from scratch without relying heavily on templates or detailed creative direction
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and communicate design decisions clearly to non-designers
  • Strong visual instincts combined with practical problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Experience balancing multiple workstreams across digital, brand, and communication contexts
  • Open to and experienced with AI-assisted workflows. You see AI tools as creative accelerators, not replacements
  • Proficiency with modern design tools. Our team currently uses Figma and DaVinci Resolve, though you're free to use whatever tools help you do your best work
  • A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback, iteration, and evolving priorities
