SAP HR Payroll migration and testing Consultant to support HP1 to Enhancement Pack EHP7 to enable a SAP RISE migration H4S4 (HR migration to S/4)

Our client is looking for a SAP HR Payroll Consultant to support HP1 to Enhancement Package EHP7 upgrade to enable a SAP RISE migration. We need someone who will support the testing for phase 1 of this activity to EHP7 and then also phase 2 Migrating from SAP ECC HR to H4S4 (SAP HCM for S/4HANA) with testing to enabe SAP support to 2040. Ideally the consultant can help support both phases.

• Execution and documentation of tests after the upgrade to EHP7 and the migration to the private cloud, in collaboration with HR IT colleagues
• Testing of existing integrations
• Planning and coordination of test activities with stakeholders
• support with normal run and enhancement activities if needed - additional 1 or 2 days a week

In total someone with c 80% capacity would be ideal. if you can support any of these phases please let me know.

Essential skills for Phase 1:

• Knowledge of SAP HR components: HR-PT, HR-PY (mandatory), and HR-PA (mandatory)
• Experienced in conducting / managing tests post upgrades / migrations
• Well-organized and structured working style
• Experience in testing of integrations
• Ability to prioritize tasks, identify critical paths, and work independently

Optional:

• Technical understanding or experience with SAP ECC HR upgrades or H4S4 (HR migration to S/4HANA) - the second phase
• Basic understanding of SAP standard integrations (file exchange, IDoc)
