We are currently seeking an experienced project support specialist. The role involves the operational management and coordination of two projects that have been merged due to significant technical synergies:

1. Development of an AI platform for the code-based development and orchestration of AI agents.

2. Extending an app to include a prompting feature, enabling end customers to use specific agents.

This is a highly complex, time-critical, multi-stakeholder environment comprising multiple companies within the finance industry. The agents must comply with strict regulatory requirements in on-premises operations.

There are two key project milestones: September 2026 and November 2026. The project was officially launched recently and was initiated spontaneously despite its scale.

The ideal candidate

**Essential:**

  • Experience in technical project management (TPM) within the AI/software sector.
  • Understanding of AI architectures: knowledge of LLMs and AI agents
  • Experience with FI projects
  • Strong coordination skills in a multi-stakeholder environment: confident in dealing with clients, partners and development teams.
  • Experience of agile working: sprints, milestone planning, backlog management.

**Nice-to-have:**

  • Framework knowledge: Experience with Python, LangChain/LangGraph or similar agent frameworks
  • Protocols & architecture: Experience with MCP clients, A2A servers (agent-to-agent communication), asynchronous task processing and chatbot/dialogue platforms.
  • Industry experience: Background in the banking/fintech sector.
  • Compliance & AI governance: Experience in highly regulated sectors (e.g. EU AI Act risk assessment, auditability via chain-of-thought logging, dynamic guardrails and rights management).

Key responsibilities within the project:

  • Operational management & coordination: Taking charge of project coordination and managing the interfaces between companies. Organising coordination meetings, meetings, etc.
  • Planning work packages: Detailed sprint planning of work packages (e.g. guardrails).
  • Committee work: Preparing for and following up on coordination meetings, such as project presentations to the Executive Board and steering groups.
  • Refinements: Conducting and facilitating technical refinements with the client to clarify any remaining scope discrepancies.
