What You'll Be Working On
We're looking for a PMM who can take what we build and make sure it lands: with prospects, with existing customers, and with the sales team that needs to talk about it every day.
What you'll own
- Product launches: End-to-end ownership of go-to-market across new and existing customers. You coordinate across product, sales, and CS – and think about retention and growth within accounts, not just top-of-funnel.
- Sales enablement: Build materials that sales actually uses, from decks, one-pagers, battle cards, objection handling. You stay close to the sales team and know the difference between what looks good and what closes deals.
- Webinar program: Run a repeatable webinar motion — topic selection, speaker coordination, promotion, follow-up. You treat webinars as a revenue channel, not a content exercise.
What Makes You a Fit
We think the right person for this role gets energy from making things real — a launch that lands, a deck that actually gets used, a webinar that fills up. We move fast, and there's a lot to own. That's not a warning, it's what makes it interesting.
We also think you:
- Have 2-5 years experience in B2B SaaS marketing, in a role where you worked across product and sales at the same time
- You've run a product launch end-to-end before and know what it takes to make one land, not just announce it
- Have strong project management instinct, closing loops, tracking dependencies, and don't need chasing
- You write clearly and think in narratives — comfortable going from a positioning brief to a customer-facing one-pager without losing the thread
- Are genuinely curious about AI and what it means for enterprise communication — not just as a category, but as a real shift in how companies talk to their customers
- Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
