Product Designer (w/m/d) - Mid/Senior Level, UI & Interaction Focus

Your Mission

We’re looking for a mid to senior-level Product Designer to join a small, collaborative team building a mobile app in the energy space. You’ll work closely with another senior designer, two developers, and a product manager — sharing design ownership across features while bringing your own strengths to the work.This is a full end-to-end design role — from understanding customers and shaping the right solution, through to the details of how the product looks, moves, and feels. We’re particularly looking for someone with a genuine passion for visual design and UI craft: the kind of designer who cares deeply about every interaction, animation, and visual detail.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Own features from concept to implementation — research, flows, UI, and interaction
• Design beautiful, high-quality mobile interfaces with a strong visual and brand sensibility
• Create motion and micro-interactions that add clarity, delight, and feedback
• Bring gamification thinking into complex energy data and user flows
• Work directly with a developer to ensure pixel-perfect, high-quality implementation
• Build and maintain a scalable design system, leveraging AI tooling for speed and consistency

Your Profile

• Strong mobile product design experience at a mid to senior level
• Exceptional visual design skills — layout, hierarchy, typography, color, brand
• A genuine love for interaction design, animation, and motion within mobile
• Experience designing gamified experiences or data-driven interfaces
• Ability to translate complex systems into simple, intuitive product moments
• Hands-on experience building design systems using AI tools (e.g. Figma MCP server or similar)
• Comfortable owning work end to end in a fast, collaborative team
