- Work alongside seasoned engineers and a user advocate Product Manager.
- Designs that are tested directly in live operations and projects.

- Take ownership of the design of your product.
- Advocate user-centered design approaches by running usability and concept testing with real users in live operations.
- Translate complex flows into clear, tested design solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with design, product management, research and insights, and engineering teams.
- Contribute to our GROPYUS Design Language System, ensuring consistency as we develop new components and interaction models.
- Share your work openly, give and receive feedback to foster a collaborative, growth-oriented design culture.
