Tasks:

Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale, cloud-native data platforms on Azure, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric, enabling the integration and harmonisation of clinical, real-world (RWD), and omics data into FAIR, governed, and analytics-ready data products. Drive modern Data Engineering practices, including Lakehouse/Medallion architectures, ETL/ELT pipelines, Data Governance, MDM, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code, while ensuring compliance with CDISC, OMOP, GxP, GDPR, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements. Provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams, partnering with Bioinformatics, Clinical Data Management, Biostatistics, and Data Science stakeholders to accelerate data-driven research and innovation.

Requirements:

**must-have:**

• Proven experience in Bioinformatics Data Engineering and Clinical Data Engineering (CDISC, SDTM, ADaM)
• Experience with real-word data (RWD) engineering
• Knowhow in Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory and Spark
• Good skills with Python, SQL and Azure DevOps
• Fluent in english
