🚀 Your mission
As a Media/AI Consultant/Customer Success Manager, you'll be the key point of contact for our German & English speaking customers and enable them to extract the full value of our AI-based platform. You'll guide them away from manual, spreadsheet-based processes toward a new, data- and AI-driven way of working. You'll build strong relationships, provide advice, and ensure digital marketing teams exceed their performance goals with the power of our AI platform.
🧑💻 Your responsibilities
- Independently managing customer accounts (from onboarding, optimzation to renewal)
- Analyzing cross-channel performance data with the customer (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snap etc.)
- Identifying optimization opportunities and actionable recommendations, as well as consulting our customers on performance marketing topics and best practices for AI implementation.
- Close collaboration with Account Managers to strategically develop customer accounts
- Close collaboration with our Product & ML teams to advance our platform
Requirements
🎯 What you bring
- Several years of experience (>3 years) in performance marketing (agency or advertiser side); first experience in a small company/startup or scale-up is a plus
- Strong communication skills in German and a genuine enjoyment of client-facing work
- A proactive mindset and the drive to advise customers with high-quality solutions
- Curiosity about AI and automation. You don't need to be a builder, but you should be eager to use AI to work smarter.
- Very strong analytical skills and confidence working with data. Experience with incrementality testing, causal impact analysis, A/B testing, or econometrics/MMM is a plus
- German at a native level and business-fluent English
- Willingness to travel occasionally (client meetings, team events)
