The Role
As a Manager – Kyriba & IT M&A you will play a key role in delivering IT and technology-focused engagements.
Working closely with Directors and Managing Directors, you will be responsible for driving day-to-day delivery, leading workstreams across IT Due Diligence and value creation engagements, and translating complex treasury and finance technology topics into clear business insights.
This role combines hands-on analytical work, Kyriba expertise, and increasing responsibility for client interaction, project leadership, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support IT Due Diligence for strategic and financial sponsors, assessing system landscapes, integrations, scalability, and risks
- Evaluate treasury setups, including Kyriba architecture, bank connectivity and payment processes
- Develop initiatives leveraging Kyriba, including process automation, centralisation of payments, and improved liquidity visibility
- Support carve-outs and post-merger integration (PMI) involving Kyriba and related finance systems
- Build technology roadmaps and business cases linked to operational efficiency, risk reduction, and EBITDA impact
- Support portfolio companies in the execution of technology initiatives, including tracking progress and ensuring value realisation
- Prepare client deliverables and present findings to investors, deal teams, and management
- Coordinate and guide analysts and consultants across project workstreams
- Support proposal development, market research, and the build-out of Interpath’s treasury and Kyriba capability
Requirements
- Strong experience in IT M&A, working with strategic and financial sponsors on both buy-side and sell-side engagements
- Proven track record in IT and broader Technology Due Diligence
- Hands-on experience with Kyriba and a solid understanding of treasury processes
- Strong knowledge of finance system landscapes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into business implications
- Experience managing workstreams and leading small teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in French (native or fluent) and English; German is a plus
