Managed Intelligence Transformation Consultant

The role that will redefine the MSP world

This is not a job. It’s a front‑row seat to a once‑in‑a‑generation shift in the global IT channel.

At Pax8, we’re changing how Managed Service Providers think, operate, and grow, moving them from traditional MSPs to Managed Intelligence Providers (MIPs). That shift is seismic. It changes how partners sell, how they serve customers, how they monetise AI, and ultimately how they survive and thrive in an AI‑driven economy.

This role exists because no one else is doing this ❌.

Not vendors. Not consultancies. Not hyperscalers.

You will be one of the first people in the world whose job is to help MSPs fundamentally rewire their mindset, business model, and future.

You won’t be following a playbook, you’ll be helping to write it

Why this role is different (and why it matters now)

AI is already reshaping every industry, but most MSPs are dangerously unprepared ️. They know change is coming, but they don’t know how to lead it, how to sell it, or how to turn it into sustainable revenue.

That’s where you come in.

As a Managed Intelligence Transformation Consultant, you’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, behaviour change, and commercial execution. You’ll work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with senior partner leaders, guiding them through one of the most complex transitions their businesses will ever face — from “we manage IT” to “we deliver intelligence, outcomes, and transformation”.

This is not theory.

Not slides.

Not enablement theatre.

This is real change, delivered in the real world ️.

You’ll help partners:

  • Rethink their identity
  • Have entirely new conversations with their customers
  • Launch AI‑led services that actually stick
  • Build roadmaps that turn insight into action — fast

The impact of your work won’t just be felt in Germany or EMEA. It will shape how MSPs operate globally, influence how AI is adopted in the channel, and help determine who wins the next decade of technology services.

If you’re excited by ambiguity, driven by influence, and motivated by building something that has never existed before — this is your moment.

What you’ll do day to day

You’ll operate as a trusted transformation partner—part consultant, part coach, part commercial catalyst, helping partners move from intent to action.

  • Lead white-glove transformation journeys with a portfolio of strategic partners -building trust with senior leaders and keeping momentum high
  • Turn insight into roadmaps (90-day and 6-month plans), defining milestones and the practical “how” behind transformation
  • Coach partners to run transformation conversations with their own customers -joining key calls when needed and helping them grow confidence and capability
  • Drive adoption of AI, data, and new service models - helping partners package, position, and operationalise repeatable offers
  • Create measurable commercial impact by supporting pipeline creation, recurring revenue models, and partner progress against transformation goals
  • Track outcomes and accountability using clear metrics, tagging, and reporting - so impact is visible and scalable
  • Orchestrate across Pax8 teams (enablement, services, sales, marketing, product) to remove blockers and deliver a joined-up partner experience
  • Feed partner insight back into programme evolution, improving playbooks, journeys, and scalable approaches based on what works in the real world

The impact you’ll make

You’ll help protect and modernise the channel business model by enabling partners to own transformation, building lasting capability, launching new AI-led services, and turning change into growth. Your work will directly influence partner success, programme evolution, and the adoption of managed intelligence across EMEA.

What you’ll bring

  • Substantial experience working with Managed Service Providers (or adjacent channel ecosystems) and a strong understanding of how partners grow, sell, and deliver services
  • Native Fluent German (a must) and English (written and spoken)
  • Native Dutch (is a bonus) and English (written and spoken)
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, holding confident, high‑quality business conversations that shift direction and unlock commitment
  • Strong commercial instinct, linking transformation to services, pipeline, recurring revenue, and measurable outcomes
  • Comfort operating as a hybrid consultant, operator, and coach, particularly in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments with evolving programmes
  • Confident facilitation and presentation skills, able to “work the room” and translate complex ideas into clear, motivating action
  • Willingness to travel across Germany and wider EMEA to support partner engagement and key events
