GTM & Growth Intern

Aufgaben

Shape how BetterContact shows up in the market: develop a point of view on our brand positioning and build the engine to bring it to life consistently across the right channels.

Build and manage strategic brand partnerships: identify the right voices and partners in the GTM and sales community, develop relationships, and create distribution that reaches our ideal customers in an authentic way.

Explore beyond the brief: this role has a core focus, but there's real flexibility to dig into growth strategy, new distribution channels, or whatever you think could move the needle. If you have an idea, you'll have the space to test it.

Design and run GTM campaigns: product launches, thought leadership moments, creative experiments. You'll pitch ideas and own execution end-to-end.

Own our presence at events: from planning and logistics to on-site execution and follow-up. We show up across Europe and the US, and so will you.

Use AI and automation to scale output: we believe in using every tool available to punch above our weight. Automate the repetitive, focus on the creative.

Work directly with the founders on strategic and GTM projects as the company scales.

Qualifikation

You're currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

You have hands-on experience with content, campaigns, brand-building, or GTM, whether through a previous internship, a student org, or something you built yourself.

You have great taste. You can tell the difference between content that resonates and content that just exists.

You're a self-starter: you don't wait to be told what to do next. You have opinions, you test them, and you learn fast.

You're genuinely excited about AI tools and automation and have already used them to get more done.

You're comfortable working directly with founders and moving fast in an unstructured environment.

Excellent written and verbal English. German is a plus.

On-site in Berlin, no exceptions.

Available for a minimum of 2 months, starting mid-June or beginning of July 2026.
