GTM Engineering Working Student

Aufgaben

You are the GTM Engineering Intern at ARC. While our BDRs are on the phone with CFOs, you build the machine behind them: the automations, data pipelines, and AI workflows that decide who we call, with what message, and when. We sell an AI-native platform, so our own go-to-market has to run AI-native too. You'll build our internal GTM OS from the ground up.

What you'll do

  • Build automated prospecting pipelines: sourcing multi-entity Mittelstand groups and PE-backed companies that fit our ICP, at scale
  • Enrich accounts and contacts with the signals that matter to us: legal entities, ERP landscape, PE ownership, trigger events like ERP migrations or acquisitions
  • Automate outreach workflows across email, LinkedIn, and phone, and keep them personal enough that a German CFO actually responds
  • Connect and orchestrate our GTM stack (HubSpot, Aircall, enrichment and outreach tools) into one system with clean data flowing through it
  • Use AI models aggressively: for research, list building, message drafting, call analysis, and anything else that removes manual work from the pipeline
  • Build dashboards and KPI tracking so we always know what's working in outbound and what isn't
  • Prototype, test, and iterate: your experiments directly shape how ARC's GTM engine works as we scale the sales team

Qualifikation

What makes you a great fit

  • You love building things: with no-code tools, scripts, APIs, or AI agents, whatever gets it done fastest
  • You're deep in the modern AI tool stack and use LLMs daily as a matter of course
  • You're analytical and rigorous with data: messy lists and broken syncs bother you until they're fixed
  • You have strong business sense and can think from the prospect's perspective, not just the pipeline's
  • You're hands-on and not afraid of unglamorous work: cleaning a CRM included
  • You communicate well in English; German is a plus since our market is the German Mittelstand
  • You want to work with smart and friendly people with (self-reported) low ego
  • You want to work on-site 5 days a week in our new Berlin office

You may not be a good fit if

  • You need detailed instructions and shy away from taking responsibility
  • You're not willing to deeply understand the product and the buyer behind your automations
  • You're only interested in high-level "strategic" work
  • You think GTM engineering means setting up one Zapier flow
  • You've never built anything on your own initiative
  • You prefer working remotely
  • You prefer working with minimal collaboration
  • You want to work a 9-5 job
