Full-Stack Development – AI Platform & LLM Applications

For our partner, we are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer (m/f/d) to support an established engineering team during a temporary leadership coverage period.

This role is focused on ensuring continuity within an existing product organization rather than building a greenfield solution. You will help maintain development velocity, support operational stability, review and merge code contributions, oversee deployments, and provide hands-on technical leadership to a small engineering team.

The platform heavily relies on Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced AI-driven workflows. Therefore, we are specifically looking for someone with proven experience building, deploying, and operating production-grade LLM systems. Experience with structured extraction, agentic workflows, evaluation frameworks, and scalable AI services is considered more important than experience with any individual programming language or framework.

Responsibilities

• Support and unblock a small engineering team
• Review, approve, and merge pull requests
• Maintain and improve code quality and engineering standards
• Execute and supervise production deployments
• Participate in light operational support and on-call activities
• Contribute hands-on to backend and frontend development
• Support platform stability, scalability, and operational excellence
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product stakeholders
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical problem-solving
• Support the ongoing development of AI-powered product capabilities

Qualifications

**Must-Have**

• Extensive experience as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer in LLM Environments
• Strong backend development experience with:
• Go (preferred), or
• Strong experience with Python and/or TypeScript in cloud-native production environments
• Experience with:
• PostgreSQL
• Row-Level Security (RLS)
• Solid frontend expertise with:
• React
• TanStack
• shadcn/ui
• Tailwind CSS
• Experience operating workloads on AWS
• Hands-on experience with:
• AWS ECS Fargate
• Infrastructure as Code (OpenTofu or Terraform)
• Strong hands-on expertise with:
• Structured extraction
• Agentic workflows
• LLM orchestration and integrations
• LLM evaluation and quality assurance processes
• Experience operating live production systems and CI/CD-driven deployments
• Professional English communication skills
