Stellenbeschreibung
Work
- Lead the conceptual and copy-driven development of integrated (360°) campaigns with a strong focus on storytelling and brand voice.
- Take ownership of the creative quality of all copy output, ensuring ideas are strategically sound, culturally relevant, and aligned with the brand’s tone of voice and visual identity.
- Guide and elevate the work of copywriters and cross-disciplinary creatives, with a strong emphasis on craft, originality, and clarity of message.
- Present and sell creative work to clients with confidence, articulating both the strategic rationale and creative excellence behind ideas.
- Lead discussions around creative work in client meetings, confidently defending and refining ideas through strategic debate.
- Oversee the full creative process from concept through execution, including pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
- Ensure copy excellence across all touchpoints including ATL, social, digital, PR, and live activations.
- Collaborate closely with art direction, strategy, and production to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with production partners and ensure creative integrity is upheld during shoots and execution.
- Ensure all deliverables meet best practice standards across channels and markets, particularly for global campaigns.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients through creative excellence and strategic partnership.
Team
- Mentor and develop copy talent, fostering high standards in writing, ideation, and conceptual thinking.
- Support the growth and performance of the team through regular feedback, coaching, and structured reviews.
- Collaborate closely with client service and project management to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.
- Actively manage team capacity and contribute to effective resource planning.
- Keep Executive Creative Director informed on project progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifikationen
- Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Creative Director working on fully integrated 360° campaigns (ATL, social, digital, PR, live activations).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating recognised work for global brands.
- Proven ability to lead copy-driven creative excellence across multiple channels and markets.
- Strong understanding of international campaign development and global brand communication.
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Native-level proficiency in either German or English or both (written and spoken).
- Experience in beauty is a plus.
