We are looking for you as Creative Director Campaigning (m/f/d) to develop and lead outstanding creative work across campaigns, platforms and social ecosystems. You will become part of the core team of an inspired division – fluent German and English are mandatory.

Your tasks

  • You develop and lead strong creative concepts – from always-on communication to campaign ideas with the potential to scale when needed
  • You combine conceptual strength with outstanding copywriting skills across formats and channels
  • You translate brand strategies, cultural trends and user insights into compelling creative ideas
  • You create social-first thinking and ensure relevance within fast-moving digital ecosystems
  • You take ownership for creative quality – from idea to execution
  • You bring the drive and ambition to develop bigger, unifying ideas when needed – elevating campaigns and brand communication beyond the day-to-day
  • You identify and leverage trends, especially in digital culture, AI and emerging technologies, and turn them into opportunities for our clients
  • You bring a strong sense for what moves people and transform it into effective brand communication
  • You collaborate closely with strategy, UX/UI, editorial and data teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • You lead and mentor a team of copywriters and concept-driven creatives, helping them grow and deliver outstanding work
  • You work closely with Art Directors and UX/UI designers, inspiring them and shaping strong, integrated creative output together
  • You share responsibility for the creative direction together with an Art-focused Creative Director, each bringing in your respective strengths
  • You challenge briefs and push for bold, distinctive work that sets our clients apart

Your profile

  • Studies in media, communication, design or comparable training with a focus on creation, campaigning or branding
  • Several years of experience in a creative role, ideally as Creative Director
  • Strong conceptual thinking and excellent copywriting skills (German required)
  • Proven experience in leading creative teams, especially in a digital and social-driven environment
  • Experience in guiding and developing copywriters and conceptual creatives
  • Proven experience in social media communication, always-on ecosystems and campaign development
  • Ability to develop both fast, effective solutions for daily business and strong overarching ideas when required
  • A convincing portfolio and a proven track-record of client projects are a must
  • Strong understanding of digital trends, platforms and cultural dynamics
  • Experience with AI-driven creative workflows and emerging technologies, and the ability to apply them effectively in concept development and production
  • FMCG experience is a plus, but not a must
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to sell ideas internally and to clients
  • Team player mindset with leadership capabilities and a hands-on attitude
  • Fluent German and English, French is a plus
