Your Mission

  • Manage the creative team as the team head to ensure continued growth and creative expansion through coaching and development
  • Provide visionary leadership to the creative team, setting a clear direction and inspiring them to push creative boundaries. Foster a culture of innovation and excellence, nurturing the team's creativity and talent
  • Develop and communicate a compelling creative vision and strategy that aligns with client objectives. Guide the team in translating client briefs into innovative and effective creative solutions
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of creative professionals, including art directors, copywriters, designers, and other specialists. Cultivate their skills, set clear expectations, and empower them to excel
  • Foster collaboration within the creative team and cross-functionally with account managers, strategists, and other agency departments. Ensure seamless communication and alignment on project goals
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and ideation processes, encouraging the team to generate breakthrough creative concepts. Pitch ideas to clients confidently and persuasively
  • Uphold rigorous quality standards for all creative outputs. Conduct regular creative reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain excellence in execution
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to deeply understand their business objectives and unique challenges. Build trust and become a strategic partner in shaping creative solutions
  • Take ownership of the creative development process from concept to execution. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining creative integrity
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices. Infuse new ideas and techniques into creative strategies, keeping the agency ahead of the curve
  • Act as a mediator and problem-solver when creative conflicts arise within the team or between team members and clients. Foster a collaborative and solution-oriented environment
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide ongoing feedback, and identify opportunities for professional growth within the creative team. Recognize and reward outstanding contributions
  • Set a high standard of professionalism, dedication, and creativity for the team. Be an advocate for the agency's values and mission

Your Skills

  • 7+ years experience proven track record of success leading creative strategy for integrated campaigns within the evolving digital landscape
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to work across multiple industry sectors and teams, both internal and external
  • Management experience with the ability to lead and inspire our amazing creative team
  • Superb creative ideation skills; must be able to present to clients and internal stakeholders with charisma and passion; effectively selling in the importance of creative strategy
  • A strong sense of what Highsnobiety represents. You should be plugged in to popular culture with awareness of the what’s going in in fashion, music and other youth passion points
  • Ability to prioritize work and resources across team based on short and long-term needs
  • Can-do attitude with an ability to embrace new challenges and ways of thinking
