What you'll actually own:
🎯 Go-To-Market - Design and execute the launch strategy for the German GP market. Segment it, price it, position it.
🌐 Funding Radar - Actively track and map EU/German healthtech grants, accelerators, and deep-tech funding calls (EXIST Forschungstransfer, EIC Accelerator, DiGA pathways, KfW, BMWK programmes). We move fast on opportunities.
🤝 Network & Partnerships - Build relationships with KVs (Kassenärztliche Vereinigungen), medical associations, practice networks, and potential pilot customers. Go to events. Shake hands. Get us in rooms.
📣 Brand & Community - Own the "Local-First AI" narrative. LinkedIn presence, conference visibility, and founder storytelling; you make us known before we launch.
⚙️ Business Operations - Translate the product roadmap into a commercial one. Web-direct sales, B2B licensing pipeline into clinics and sensitive-sector operators.
📋 EXIST Application - Co-author the commercial, market, and team sections of the funding proposal. This is immediate and time-sensitive.
Requirements
You are:
- M.Sc. in Business, Business Informatics, Marketing, or adjacent; completed within the last 5 years
- EXIST-Gründerstipendium eligible (based at or willing to affiliate with a German university)
- Bilingual DE/EN (B2 minimum; you'll be pitching to German doctors and writing EU grant sections)
- Someone who gets excited about healthtech, privacy, or edge AI; not just the business side
- A networker who follows up, shows up, and keeps the pipeline warm
