Career Partnership Coordinator (m/f/x) – Care & Digital Education Sector

Your mission
You will coordinate career-readiness activities, workshops and employer engagement opportunities for learners in literacy programs, focusing on care professions such as health and education.
- Organize and implement career workshops, company visits and networking events in collaboration with operational partners (e.g. care centers, hospitals, kindergartens) in Berlin and NRW
- Coordinate with Program Managers and Community Coordinators to estimate key figures required to plan and schedule activities in Berlin and NRW
- Build and maintain relationships with partners and offer opportunities to support learners’ self-confidence, career awareness and job readiness
- Promote career events and opportunities to learners through communication channels and local outreach
- Track participation, feedback and outcomes of career activities to support program evaluation and improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to highlight learner success stories, partnerships and program impact
Your profile
We are looking for an empathetic, highly organized team player who can connect with diverse stakeholders, champion gender-aware inclusion, and hit the ground running with us this June.
Here is what we are looking for:
- German and English language proficiency is required for internal and external communications
- Demonstrate strong gender awareness and sensitivity to effectively support and empower our FINTA learner community throughout their career journeys.
- You are based in Berlin but are willing to travel to NRW as needed to support local activities and partnerships.
- Experience in organizing and facilitating workshops, events, or company visits. You know how to keep logistics on track and engage an audience.
- Strong networking and communication skills. You feel comfortable reaching out to and maintaining partnerships with operational stakeholders.
- You are comfortable working with data—whether it’s estimating key participant figures with Program Managers or tracking feedback and outcomes to improve our programs.
- A team player who enjoys working cross-functionally, particularly with marketing and communication teams, to amplify learner success stories.
- You are ready for a fast start and are available for the full duration of the project (01.06.2026 – 31.12.2026).
