Working Student - 3D Visualization & Graphic Design - E-Commerce (all genders)
Purpose?
You will be part of a creative team that builds visual identities for brands loved by thousands of customers across Europe. Every design you create helps our products stand out, tells a story, and strengthens the connection between our brands and their audiences.
Expected results for this role in the first 12 months?
Typical job ads are boring. We'd rather tell you directly what we expect from you in this role. If you become part of our team, these are the deliverables expected of you in the first 12 months.
You will be working with our Creative Team on several brands, each with its own visual identity and guidelines. As a working student designer, you’ll help bring those brands to life across various print and digital channels. Your responsibilities will include
- Build and refine 3D product models for use in e-commerce listings, packaging, and marketing materials
- Create photorealistic product renders with custom lighting setups, materials, and lifestyle backgrounds
- Generate and composite AI-assisted backgrounds and environments to complete product scenes
- Retouch and adapt renders and photography, and design marketing graphics for Amazon and other sales channels
- Create and adapt packaging designs, user manuals, and product illustrations during the product development phase
- Contribute to maintaining consistent visual standards across brands and digital touchpoints
Required skills and experience?
Perhaps you have already gained some experience through internships, training, other part-time jobs, or student trainee positions. If so, that is, of course, an argument in your favor. But if not, that's no problem either. We'll teach you everything. That's what trainee positions are for. The following is still important to us:
- You're studying 3D design, product design, visual communication, graphic design, or a comparable field
- You have hands-on experience with 3D software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or a similar tool
- You're comfortable rendering workflows - lighting, materials/shaders, and scene composition
- You have solid graphic design skills and experience producing assets for digital channels - e-commerce, social media, or marketing
- You're confident using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro / After Effects) for post-processing, layout, and design work
- You have experience working with AI tools for image generation, background creation, or scene extension.
- You're interested in technical home & living products and enjoy the challenge of making complex objects look great
- You work with initiative, reliability, and attention to detail
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Nice to have: You have working experience with video editing and producing content for listings and social media
