Visual Brand Creative Internship

In a nutshell

The internship gives an insight into the brand design activities of Design Hotels™ with a focus on brand strategy and design, as well as content and event production.

Opening: February / March 2026

Duration: 6 months

Compensation: EUR 1000 / month

The internship must be a compulsory part of the study program

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Editorial team and Project Management: support in communication with involved creative teams, making sure that deadlines are met within the project timelines
  • Scheduling, planning, and documentation of internal and external meetings
  • Preparation of presentations
  • Support in managing Design Hotels’ Media Database: sorting and approval process of text and image content from member hotels; direct communication and problem-solving with hotels during that process
  • Assisting with image selection and creation of first layout drafts for presentations and internal documents
  • Supporting the team in visual research and working closely with Design to help bring concepts to life

  • Proficiency in Keynote, Canva and Adobe
