Shape and evolve CYBEX’s global store design and brand experience vision, translating brand strategy, product innovation, and storytelling into compelling physical environments across retail, shop‑in‑shops, and brand experiences
Define and drive the visual merchandising creative direction, ensuring consistency, desirability, and relevance of the brand’s physical expression across all international markets
Develop and implement global VM concepts, guidelines, and toolkits, in close collaboration with Visual Merchandising, Architecture, and Events teams
Design inspiring customer journeys and experiences across flagship stores, shop‑in‑shops, events, showrooms, and other physical touchpoints to drive engagement and loyalty
Anticipate retail, design, and consumer trends, translating insights, best practices, and competitor analysis into forward‑thinking creative and VM strategies
Act as a creative bridge between concept, architecture, and execution, partnering closely with Marketing, Product, Retail, and cross‑functional stakeholders
Lead and contribute to hands‑on design execution, from early concept development through implementation, ensuring feasibility, quality, and alignment with timelines and budgets
Create high‑level creative deliverables, including concepts, mood boards, layouts, storytelling tools, and visual systems that elevate the brand experience
Support the development of inspiring brand environments on campus and in offices, ensuring internal spaces reflect CYBEX’s identity, mood, and values

Extensive experience in graphic creativity, visual merchandising, brand environments, retail design, and event concepts, ideally within premium or lifestyle brands
Proven track record working with global brands, managing multi‑market concepts and international rollouts while balancing global consistency and local relevance
Strong understanding of customer experience and client journey principles, with hands‑on application across flagship stores, shop‑in‑shops, events, and showrooms
Ability to translate bold creative vision into operational reality, combining conceptual strength with practical execution
Highly creative and strategic thinker, with a strong focus on storytelling, brand expression, and meaningful customer experiences
Strategic mindset paired with strong attention to detail, ensuring excellence from concept development through final implementation
Confidence to challenge the status quo and evolve existing frameworks, driving innovation in brand experience and visual merchandising
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working in complex, cross‑functional and international environments
Positive, proactive, and hands‑on attitude, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Fluency in English is required; German language skills are an advantage
