Senior CRM Manager (m/f/d)

We're looking for a Senior CRM Manager who is HOLY's technical and conceptual owner of all CRM automation. You're equal parts builder and strategist: someone who gets their hands dirty in Klaviyo and Chatarmin every day, while thinking three steps ahead about what our automation setup should look like six months from now. You don't just ship flows — you build them to scale, monitor them relentlessly, and make them feel unmistakably HOLY.
You'll be embedded in our CRM team and report directly to the CRM Lead.
Responsibilities:
- Own all automation flows - operationally and strategically: You build, maintain, and evolve our email and WhatsApp flows and transactional campaigns across the entire customer lifecycle - from concept to execution.
- Segmentation & personalization: You develop and own our CRM segmentation logic and personalization approach. You translate behavioral signals and lifecycle data into targeted communication that increases conversion, retention, and LTV — driven by data, not gut feeling alone.
- Run structured A/B tests: You design, set up, and analyze tests across flows and transactional campaigns independently. You translate results into concrete, documented optimizations — and implement them.
- Track, report, and act on performance: You regularly monitor automation KPIs, proactively spot issues and opportunities, and communicate findings clearly without waiting to be asked.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: You work closely with Shop, Data/BI, Ops, and Creative as a reliable, technically strong CRM partner. You drive alignment and execute on shared projects hands-on.
About You
- Hands-on CRM expert: You have deep, practical knowledge of Klaviyo (or comparable ESP), including building complex automations from scratch, advanced segmentation, and WhatsApp CRM (preferably Chatarmin). You independently architect and launch new flows.
- Doer with an ownership mindset: You get things done. You set your own agenda, execute without being pushed, and take full accountability for the quality and results of your work.
- Segmentation & personalization thinker: You naturally think in customer segments, lifecycle stages, and behavioral signals and translate that thinking into targeted, meaningful communication.
- Analytically rigorous: You're comfortable pulling and interpreting performance data, running structured A/B tests, and deriving clear, evidence-based actions.
- Conceptually strong with brand sensibility: You think beyond the technical setup and bring creative, conceptually strong ideas to CRM - with a genuine feel for HOLY's tone, brand, and community.
- Clear and structured communicator: You document your work cleanly and can translate technical complexity for non-technical stakeholders across the team.
- Collaborative by default: You build strong cross-functional relationships and actively contribute to a knowledge-sharing culture within the CRM team and beyond.
- Languages: Business fluent in English is a must, German is a plus.
