PR & Partnerships Manager (m/f/d)

What can you expect

To help us grow our brand and strengthen our cultural relevance, we are looking for an experienced PR & Partnerships Manager (m/f/d) to lead meaningful collaborations, build lasting relationships and expand Motel a Miio’s presence across design, hospitality, fashion, food, travel and contemporary culture.

In this role, you will create partnerships that authentically reflect our brand universe – from inspiring hotels and restaurants to lifestyle brands, artists, creators and cultural institutions. You are passionate about building relationships, identifying opportunities and creating experiences that inspire communities and elevate brand awareness.

• Develop and lead creative collaborations with brands, hotels, restaurants, artists, creators and cultural partners
• Identify partnership opportunities that strengthen Motel a Miio’s cultural relevance and international visibility
• Build and nurture strong relationships with media, brands, agencies, tastemakers, creators, and key players within the creative industry
• Manage collaborations from initial outreach and negotiation through concept development, execution, launch and amplification
• Develop compelling storytelling and PR strategies around partnerships, product launches, events and brand experiences
• Position Motel a Miio within leading lifestyle, interior, design, and culture media across the DACH region and Benelux markets
• Create press materials, media communications and brand storytelling assets
• Conceptualize and execute events, launches, community gatherings, influencer experiences and special brand activations
• Stay closely connected to emerging cultural trends, creative communities and industry developments
• Represent Motel a Miio externally and continuously expand our creative network and brand visibility

Your profile

• Several years of experience in PR, partnerships, brand marketing, influencer marketing, communications, events or a related field
• Experience working with lifestyle, design, hospitality, fashion or culturally driven brands
• A strong network across media, creative industries, agencies, creators and brand partners
• Proven experience developing and executing successful collaborations and partnerships from concept to launch
• A genuine passion for interiors, design, aesthetics, hospitality and contemporary lifestyle culture
• A strong understanding of branding, storytelling, visual communication and memorable brand experiences
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills
• You are highly organized, proactive and solution-oriented, with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to confidently manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluent German and excellent skills, both written and spoken
