Overview

Hurom Europe is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our lean, hands-on team at our German headquarters. This role supports the full marketing mix across both Hurom and Zenger, spanning content, influencer, performance marketing, and new business initiatives. Reporting directly to the Marketing Lead, the position plays a central role in executing day-to-day marketing activities, supporting campaign performance, and helping drive growth across European markets in a small, fast-moving team environment.

This is a role for someone early in their career who wants broad exposure across multiple marketing disciplines, direct ownership of meaningful work, and the chance to help shape a sub-brand from its earliest stages.

The Role

  • Plan and execute content marketing activities across social media, newsletter, and CRM channels for both Hurom and Zenger
  • Manage day-to-day operations of our affiliate and influencer program, including outreach, onboarding, partnership management, and performance tracking
  • Support the execution of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
  • Contribute to the growth of Zenger and the development of our upcoming membership program through marketing support and activation
  • Track, report, and help optimize campaign performance across channels, with a focus on clear, actionable insights
  • Coordinate with external partners, creators, and agencies as needed to deliver consistent execution
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints, in line with Hurom and Zenger brand guidelines
  • Support marketing budget tracking and invoice management for assigned activities
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Lead and cross-functional colleagues across sales, operations, and the global Hurom team

All About You

  • 1–4 years of hands-on experience in marketing, ideally within DTC, e-commerce, or consumer goods
  • Practical experience in at least one of the four core areas: content/CRM, influencer/affiliate, paid advertising, or new product/brand marketing
  • Comfortable reading and interpreting campaign data
  • Familiarity with at least one major paid advertising platform (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Amazon Advertising) is a strong plus
  • Structured, reliable, and self-directed working style — comfortable managing multiple priorities in a small team without heavy process
  • Strong written communication skills; able to produce clear briefs, copy, and reporting
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English are required; German strongly preferred
  • Based in Germany or willing to relocate; EU/German work authorization preferred
  • A genuine interest in healthy living, wellness, or consumer brands is a plus
