Junior Creative Designer (Interior & Exterior) (m/f/x)

ONVO is seeking a versatile Junior Creative Designer to join our Munich-based studio. This role sits at the intersection of future-focused vision and technical execution. You will contribute to both Interior and Exterior design, working on a diverse range of projects from Advanced Design Studies to Production Models.

Responsibilities:

  • Creative Concepting: Generate innovative design proposals for vehicle exteriors and interiors through high-quality sketching and digital renderings.
  • Advanced Strategy: Contribute to trend research and strategic design studies that define the mobility landscape 5–10 years into the future.
  • Production Development: Support the transition from concept to reality, working closely with engineering to ensure design integrity is maintained in production models.
  • Visual Storytelling: Create compelling presentations that communicate design themes, user experiences, and brand strategy to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree in Transportation Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
  • Visual Mastery: Exceptional hand-sketching and digital rendering skills.
  • 3D Awareness: Basic proficiency in Blender and Autodesk Alias.
  • AI Tooling: Knowledge of AI-assisted design workflows for rapid ideation and mood boarding.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think beyond the silhouette—understanding user journeys, sustainability, and technological integration.
