Work’s better when life is too.

Yes, the big picture is important. But, often, it’s the little things that make a bigger difference. This is what you can expect from life at our studio…

Fuel for the body, mind, and soul.

From surfboards to kayaks, SUPs, lockers, showers, and bike storage – staying active is easy. Add in social events, flexi-time, and daily food trucks outside our studio and KISKA quickly feels like your kind of place.

Space to grow and make an impact.

You’ll get meaningful development opportunities, project ownership, and a crew of genuinely cool people to learn from. All while working with entrepreneurs, start-ups, and major global brands.

Support that starts on day one.

Our HR onboarding helps you settle in — professionally and personally. Meet your team, navigate life in Austria, and access visa support. Plus: generous employee discounts from outlets, and active clients.

The right tools to do great things.

We’ll make sure you’ve got what you need to push your craft forward; from the latest tech and software to new AI tools that keep you ahead of the curve.
