Head of Marketing & Communications (F/M/D)
The Opportunity
As the Head of Marketing & Communications, you will be responsible for shaping and driving the company's brand identity. You will own all PR and marketing communications across internal and external channels.
You will build and lead a marketing and communications function from the ground up, establish global standards of excellence, and ensure strategic alignment with the company's long-term vision.
Your Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive 12-month marketing and PR roadmap aligned with the 2-year business strategy
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing and communications team, including hiring strategy and capability development
- Oversee all external PR and internal communications to ensure a consistent and strong brand voice across all channels
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board on market sentiment, competitor activity, and brand positioning
- Manage the marketing budget with a focus on efficiency, CAC/LTV, and ROI optimization
- Navigate high-stakes ambiguity such as brand pivots and expansion into new global markets while maintaining brand integrity
Requirements
- Extensive industry experience (typically 10+ years) in Marketing, Brand, or PR, with a proven track record in leadership roles
- Expertise in multi-touch attribution, complex budget allocation, and marketing tech stacks (CRM, CMS)
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience mentoring mid-level managers and building consensus across silos
- Strong strategic thinking ability to translate a 5-year vision into executable roadmaps
- Mastery of brand voice and a deep understanding of global market sentiment and cultural nuance
- Proven ability to solve "impossible" brand perception issues and lead category creation
