Graphic Designer (m/f/d)

YOUR MISSION

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our in-house Creative Team. If you have a passion for innovative design, a sharp eye for aesthetics, and the ability to communicate and defend your ideas, we want to hear from you! As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in creating captivating marketing materials, developing our brand identity, and ensuring flawless execution across digital, print, and multimedia platforms.

Your responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Art Direction and Marketing Team to deliver cohesive, cross-platform creative solutions that engage and captivate.
  • Partner with our Creative Team to conceptualize, develop, and execute cutting-edge visual concepts across digital, print, and multimedia channels.
  • Design a wide range of promotional materials including posters, advertisements, banners, displays, flyers, and digital assets, ensuring consistency and high visual impact.
  • Expertly manage image editing and AI-application to produce visually stunning and refined graphics.
  • Contribute to brand development and corporate identity initiatives, ensuring alignment with creative vision and business objectives.
  • Transform innovative ideas into visually compelling designs that resonate across multiple media platforms.
  • Oversee and manage pre-press tasks, ensuring print production meets the highest quality standards.
  • Conduct meticulous quality control throughout the design and production process to guarantee flawless execution in both digital and print formats.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • A strong design sense with exceptional attention to aesthetics and emerging trends, combined with the ability to articulate and defend creative decisions confidently.
  • Advanced graphic design skills with the ability to present and explain concepts to both creative teams and key stakeholders.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Figma, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with AI tools (e.g. Firefly, Midjourney, Heygen, etc.) to drive innovation in design processes.
  • Confidence in utilizing a variety of design tools and editing software, paired with the ability to clearly justify design choices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong ability to collaborate and negotiate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, handle constructive feedback, and apply creative problem-solving in high-pressure environments.
  • Solid understanding of typography and its effective application in creating impactful, brand-aligned designs.
  • Fluent proficiency in both German (native speaker level) and English to facilitate seamless communication and presentations across international teams.
