Global Marketing Director - Luxury Fashion Brand

The Role

  • Develop and execute an international brand and marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s ambitious growth trajectory.
  • Lead a multi-functional global marketing organisation, including PR, communications, creative, production, trade marketing, social and digital teams.
  • Strengthen and elevate brand positioning through premium storytelling, consistent visual identity and impactful global campaigns.
  • Advance and scale omnichannel marketing across retail, wholesale, e-commerce, digital and partner channels.
  • Direct all creative planning and campaign development, overseeing production, timelines and worldwide rollout.
  • Identify, negotiate and deliver culturally relevant brand collaborations and partnerships.
  • Transform the brand’s digital and social ecosystem through best-in-class content, strategy and community engagement.
  • Expand and activate a global audience, driving advocacy and loyalty across all digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with e-commerce and product teams to align storytelling with commercial and conversion objectives.
  • Lead global PR strategy and manage agency partners to ensure the brand’s visibility within the luxury and performance sectors.
  • Build a modern communications framework incorporating traditional media, influencer strategy and cultural marketing.
  • Deliver consistent global messaging while tailoring communications for regional needs.
  • Mentor and develop a team of functional leaders and broader specialist teams across creative, PR, social, production and trade marketing.
  • Implement scalable ways of working across campaign planning, production processes and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Partner with product, design, commercial and retail to ensure integrated 360° brand alignment.

Requirements

  • Senior marketing leader with global or multi-regional responsibility.
  • Experience within luxury, premium fashion, activewear or major international consumer brands.
  • Proven track record leading brand, digital, social and PR functions within one unified global structure.
  • Strong expertise in creative direction, campaign development and end-to-end production.
  • Demonstrated success in growing digital presence, building communities and enhancing engagement.
  • Experience managing global agencies, PR networks and external partners.
  • Refined luxury sensibility and strong eye for brand, design and visual identity.
  • Strategic, innovative and structured thinker with strong operational discipline.
  • Experienced in building and leading high-performing international teams.
  • Comfortable working within a business undergoing expansion, evolution and organisational transformation.
  • Globally minded, culturally aware and adept at operating across diverse regions.
