Field Marketing Manager, Commercial / Germany

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Commercial Marketing Manager to lead marketing for our Commercial Select segment across Germany and Austria.

This is a high-impact field marketing role at the intersection of strategy, execution, sales alignment, and market relevance. You will define and execute an integrated field marketing plan that drives pipeline and bookings growth across the region. You will rollout programs that create high-quality opportunities, accelerate the sales cycle, strengthen customer relationships, and increase preference for the Everpure brand—both directly and through partners.

You will work closely with Regional Commercial leadership, Account Executives, Partner Account Managers, partners, and internal marketing teams to ensure strong alignment between the regional marketing plan and Everpure's strategic priorities. You will report to the Regional Lead of Field Marketing and be part of a dynamic, highly collaborative team.

You do not need to be an engineer. But you do need the curiosity, judgment, and commercial instinct to understand complex technology topics and turn them into marketing that is clear, credible, and relevant to customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Build the marketing plan for Commercial Select

  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing plan for the Commercial Select account base in DACH
  • Align programs, messaging, and investments to regional business priorities, pipeline goals, and bookings targets
  • Tailor campaigns to priority industries, audiences, and buying groups
  • Act as the primary marketing partner for the Regional Commercial Sales and Regional Partner teams
  • Support new logo acquisition through regional resellers and other route-to-market channels

Turn complex IT topics into market-ready stories

  • Translate Everpure's key themes into clear, audience-relevant messaging
  • Build narratives that connect technical capabilities to business outcomes
  • Support topics such as virtualization, hybrid cloud, AI, regulatory requirements, and the Enterprise Data Cloud (EDC)
  • Help position Everpure in the context of the major shifts shaping today's IT landscape

Drive integrated and account-based programs

  • Design and execute integrated campaigns across the right mix of channels, tactics, and touchpoints
  • Lead 1:few and 1:many ABM programs for target accounts
  • Work with sales to identify priorities, map stakeholders, and build effective engagement plans
  • Create customer journeys that improve account engagement, conversion, and pipeline progression
  • Plan and execute local and regional demand generation events as part of the broader campaign strategy

Orchestrate the ecosystem

  • Partner closely with Regional Sales Leadership, Account Executives, Partner Account Managers, and key partners
  • Build effective collaboration across Field Marketing, Digital, Programs, Inside Sales, Operations, Partner Marketing, and agencies
  • Support joint marketing initiatives that strengthen pipeline and regional impact
  • Help ensure MDF investments are focused, measurable, and aligned to business priorities
  • Support partners in navigating MDF processes, including planning, approvals, claims, and coordination with finance when needed

Use data to improve performance

  • Track program performance with a focus on pipeline, conversion, and contribution to bookings
  • Use data and insights to refine strategy, improve execution, and guide future investment decisions
  • Monitor market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor activity in the region
  • Share results, learnings, and recommendations clearly with senior stakeholders

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Demonstrable experience in B2B technology marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong experience building and running integrated marketing programs across multiple channels, with the ability to connect messaging, tactics, and audience journeys in a way that drives pipeline growth
  • Hands-on experience with account-based marketing, including target account planning, stakeholder mapping, and personalized engagement
  • Proven ability to market complex IT topics in a clear and compelling way
  • Strong interest in major technology trends such as AI, infrastructure modernization, data resilience, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience working with channel and alliance partners, including joint planning and MDF-related execution
  • Experience planning and executing local and regional demand generation events
  • Strong communication skills in German and English, including the ability to build clear business cases for senior stakeholders
  • The ability to work cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, and keep teams aligned
  • A data-driven mindset and comfort using performance insights to adjust programs and priorities
  • Strong budget and project management skills, with a track record of driving measurable impact from focused budgets
  • A proactive, self-starting approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
  • Willingness to travel within the region
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Munich office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
