Fashion Brand & Growth Manager

We're looking for someone who is proactive, creative and commercially minded person to help grow our existing and emerging brands.

This is a varied role combining marketing, e-commerce, design, research and business development. You'll be responsible for finding new opportunities, creating high-quality marketing material and helping execute ideas from concept through to completion.

No two days are the same, so we're looking for someone who enjoys learning new skills independently, takes initiative and willingness to adapt to changing needs of the company.

Key Responsibilities

**Business Development & Research**

• trends/partnerships and identify new sales and growth opportunities
• Research potential b2b customers, boutiques, stockists and other business opportunities.
• Conduct email and social media outreach to generate new opportunities.
• Follow up enquiries and maintain prospect lists.
• Identify new sales and growth opportunities through independent research.

**Marketing & Design**

• Create lookbooks, line sheets, brochures and promotional material.
• Design EDMs, social media graphics and digital marketing assets.
• Produce polished presentations and information packs.
• Maintain a strong and consistent brand aesthetic

**Shopify & E-commerce site management**

• Manage product uploads and collections.
• Maintain product information and website content and optomise online store
• Use AI tools where appropriate to improve workflow and content creation.
• Support day-to-day business operations.
• Take ownership of projects and see them through to completion.
• Continuously improve systems and processes.
