We have an amazing opportunity in the Sales (e-Commerce) Team based in Hamburg!

You will be supporting the e-Commerce team across all Europe (Germany, UK, Benefrance) for different customers as Amazon, Ocado. Working closely with the NAM, you will be delivery key business target for our e-Commerce channels.

Responsibilities

  • Support the e-Commerce Sales team based in Germany, UK, and Benefrance Hubs across our key customers as Amazon and Ocado
  • Work with NAMs to support delivery of key business targets – NSV$/DPM%/OP$ - through brilliant execution with our key eComm customers and robust internal processes
  • Monitor of priority products on Amazon and Ocado – check listing status (live/not live), price point, content, any new ratings & reviews etc
  • Perform routine audits on retailer sites to identify issues and correct them in conjunction with NAMs and Digital teams
  • Support new product setup across channel – new line forms, liaising with external partners and internal functions to ensure prompt setup
  • Customer invoice matching in collaboration with NAMs
  • Work with Digital team to capture organic and paid coverage on Amazon and DTC
  • Ensure Ocado media plan is executed to plan and any issues identified/rectified

Experience You’ll Bring

  • Education in Marketing, Sales, Business or a related field, with a clear passion for eCommerce and digital growth.
  • Fluent English and German, enabling confident communication with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong communication skills, bringing positivity, curiosity and a genuine eagerness to learn.
  • Solid MS Office capability, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • A customer‑centric mindset, excited by Sales and Marketing and motivated by delivering impact.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills, able to prioritise, multitask and maintain high standards and attention to detail.
  • Analytical yet creative thinking, comfortable using data to generate insights and ideas.
  • Positive energy and team spirit, contributing to a great office vibe and shared success - with a personal commitment to sustainability a real plus.
