dGrowth & Performance Marketing Manager (all gender)

Your responsibility: Build and scale Kranus Health’s online growth engine from 0 1 10.

  • Build online marketing from scratch for a well-established, revenue-strong company
  • Own P&L + the full performance marketing KPI stack end-to-end (CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback, funnel conversion, contribution margin — the whole thing)
  • Acquirepatients in a complex regulatory environment
  • Build the funnel: creatives landing pages tracking iteration scale
  • Run, optimize and scale acquisition across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube), Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and whatever works next (Communities,TikTok, affiliates, retargeting, partnerships)

Your mindset: You’re not “interested in marketing”. You’re obsessed with making numbers move.

  • A extremely detail-oriented, data-driven nerd (in the best way)
  • Someone who loves building things and fine-tuning daily
  • You work with AI agents before you ask for more team resources
  • Comfortable with online tools and workflows — you can MacGyver your way through anything
  • High-agency, outcome-obsessed, and accountable (You don’t say “someone should” — you say“I’ll do it.”)

Your background: We don’t care about perfect CVs. We care about proof of execution.

  • A university degree in a structured field (e.g. engineering, economics, math, science, computer science)
  • A track record of building something from scratch (side projects, internships with real responsibility, first 1–2 years in a high-performance environment)

Bonus points if you’ve ever

  • built paid channels from zero
  • owned a budget
  • run experiments weekly
  • done funnel + landing page work
  • built dashboards and tracking (GA4, GTM, Looker, etc.)

Tools you'll probably touch

  • Google Adsstack (GA4, GTM, ...), Meta AdsStack
  • Creative AI toolchain: Superscale, Claude (Code), Recraft but also Canva, Figma
  • HubSpot CRM (incl. tracking / attribution setup)
  • Dashboards, Dashboards, Dashboards (PBI & other tools)
  • Landing page tools (we are team Squarespace for our LPs, but you can Claude Code your way out if you present us a good case)
