J&T Express is a fast-growing global logistics company with a strong focus on e-commerce and last-mile delivery. With operations across Asia and rapid expansion in Europe, we are currently building our German organization and hiring key team members to support our growth.

The Brand Designer will support all branding and visual communication projects across Germany and future European markets. This role will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets while ensuring consistency across all online and offline brand touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials for both digital and offline channels.
• Create visual assets for websites, LinkedIn, digital campaigns and marketing activities.
• Support brand localization across multiple European markets.
• Develop exhibition materials, office branding, vehicle graphics, packaging and promotional materials.
• Produce presentation materials and corporate communications.
• Maintain and evolve J&T Express brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Work closely with Branding, PR and Digital teams.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and production vendors when required.
• Ensure visual consistency across all European markets.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, branding or visual communication.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Familiar with Canva for day-to-day marketing and communication design.
• Experience using AI-powered creative tools (such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney or similar) to improve creative efficiency.
• Experience with After Effects or motion graphics is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Brand Identity (VI) and visual communication.
• Experience designing both digital and print materials.
• Ability to balance creativity with efficiency while maintaining brand consistency across multiple European markets.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding and marketing design work.
• Fluent in German and English.
