We are looking for a highly technical, AI-first CRM Marketing Manager to serve as the operational and analytical backbone of our lifecycle ecosystem. This isn't a traditional messaging role; you will be the engineer of our automated user journeys.
Sitting at the intersection of data science, product growth, and marketing automation, you will leverage advanced orchestration platforms (like Braze), predictive AI models, and algorithmic workflows to design a CRM ecosystem that scales intelligently, learns continuously, and triggers hyper-personalized experiences natively.
What You'll Do
- Architect AI-Driven Journeys: Build and scale complex lifecycle loops (activation, churn prediction, reactivation) using predictive analytics, machine learning segments, and algorithmic send-time/channel optimization.
- Master Technical Logic: Own the end-to-end technical health of our orchestration inside Braze—leveraging advanced Liquid scripting, API webhooks, and Connected Content to pull dynamic data in real time.
- Partner with Data & AI Engineering: Work hand-in-hand with Data Scientists and Engineers to deploy propensity models (e.g., churn risk, next-best-action) into live CRM flows and map custom event schemas.
- Enforce Rigorous Experimentation: Design and execute high-tempo, multi-touch testing frameworks focused on true incrementality and downstream conversion lift, rather than just surface-level open or click rates.
- Data QA & Deliverability Engineering: Act as the first line of defense for data hygiene. Proactively monitor, audit, and troubleshoot API payload failures, broken event flows, and global sender deliverability.
What You'll Bring
- Technical Braze Mastery: Deep, hands-on experience with Braze (or similar enterprise tools), including sophisticated Canvas building, complex Liquid logic, and external API integrations via Connected Content.
- Data & AI Literacy: You don't just use standard static segments. You know how to leverage predictive AI scoring, dynamic user attributes, and behavioral clusters to power automated workflows.
- Systems & Database Thinking: You understand data structures. You can read API documentation, write basic SQL (or have a strong desire to learn), and speak the same language as backend engineers when defining custom tracking events.
- Root-Cause Analytical Mindset: When a campaign underperforms, your first instinct is to dive into the data flow to audit whether a trigger is delayed, a payload is malformed, or an event property is missing entirely.
- Bonus: Experience utilizing LLMs/AI prompt engineering for rapid dynamic content personalization, or experience transforming a chaotic, messy CRM setup into a clean, modular architecture.
