Creative & Motion Designer
Hamburg | Hybrid | 3 days per quarter on-site
Do you love turning an idea into a creative that makes people stop scrolling and stays with them? You think in visuals, moving stories, and strong hooks – while keeping a sharp eye for brands, details, and performance?
Then this is a versatile role where you’ll work from the initial idea all the way to the final asset – from static content to motion. You’ll have plenty of room to experiment with new tools and develop creative approaches further.
For our client’s Creative Studio, we are looking for a Creative Designer (m/f/d) who combines creative ideas with high visual standards and a performance-driven mindset. From the initial concept to the final asset, you’ll work hands-on on a wide range of campaigns – from static content to motion.
The focus is on digital products, broad reach, continuously evolving digital products and complex brand ecosystems – and on the question of how a good idea can become a product that genuinely works in people’s everyday lives.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and produce high-quality, on-brand advertising assets for performance marketing – from static assets to motion.
- Own projects from idea to final asset, using the right creative tools along the way – from Photoshop to generative AI.
- Create scroll-stopping content with strong hooks, engaging storytelling, and a great feel for social media trends.
- Turn briefs into compelling creative concepts and confidently present them to stakeholders.
- Combine creative quality with a performance-driven mindset, using insights from KPIs and A/B tests to continuously improve your work.
- Work flexibly across different projects, formats, and topics, and actively contribute to the team.
What you bring
- Several years of experience in creative design, graphic design, motion design, advertising, or a comparable field.
- Confident use of Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro, as well as experience with generative AI.
- A strong eye for brand design, visual quality, and consistent communication.
- An understanding of performance marketing and relevant creative KPIs such as hook rate, CTR, and A/B testing.
- A strong feel for social media, trends, and storytelling, and the ability to turn them into attention-grabbing creatives.
- An independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working – even when managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
- A plus, but not a must: Experience with camera work and video production, scalable content workflows, or common project management tools used in creative environments.
What we offer
- 30 days of annual leave plus additional unlimited vacation days
- Workations abroad
- €1,500 annual personal development budget
- €30 monthly mobility allowance plus bike leasing
- Company pension scheme
- Subsidized EGYM WELLPASS membership
- Regular team and company events, as well as shared lunches
- An international, diverse team and an environment where ideas and initiative are genuinely encouraged
Ready to create work that doesn’t just look good? We’d love to hear from you – and especially see your portfolio. Show us the ideas you’ve brought to life, from static and social to motion.
